With 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, and a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, every inch of this villa reflects opulence and sophistication.


Not stopping at the essentials, Villa Bella Vita offers an array of additional amenities to elevate your experience. Each of the seven-bedroom suites is a private oasis, complete with a luxury en-suite bathroom. Six of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the seventh bedroom offers two full-size beds, accommodating every guest in absolute comfort.

Villa Bella Vita is eco-conscious and operates entirely on solar energy during the day, supplemented by Tesla technology in the evenings. All appliances have been carefully selected to align with this energy-saving philosophy. Moreover, the villa is equipped with an AI home system, making it unique in St. Maarten.


Please note that the pool is heated only during the winter months from December 16 to March 15, with a maximum temperature setting of 86°F/30°C. If you prefer a specific (lower) temperature, kindly inform us before your arrival, as guests are not allowed to adjust or change the pool temperature settings.

Amazing villa


Amazing villa complete with staff to assist in any way you need. All en-suite, spacious rooms for rest and relaxation. The gym was fantastic and the infinity pool wonderful respite from the heat. Close to beaches and great restaurants. The in-house concierge happily can set up any reservation you may need be it sport, beach or meal. They can even coordinate talented local chefs to cook in-house. Would highly recommend this property!.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Luxurious Villa Bella Vita


Where to start? The luxurious Villa Bella Vita is in the best area of St. Maarten. It's perfectly situated on the hillside in Pelican Bay providing stunning views overlooking the sea and the island of Saba. Incredible sunsets every night! A short walk to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, and some happening nightlife. The villa itself is amazing! We had so much fun just hanging out in the crystal clear infinity pool sipping on a cool beverage. What really sets this luxurious villa apart from the others is the AMAZING staff! The hosts, Ina and Michel, are the absolute BEST! We suggested a few things we would like to do and it was arranged in a blink of an eye! They are also very knowledgeable about the area and can provide many suggestions of things to do as well. And the FOOD!!!! You absolutely MUST have one of the local gourmet Chef's come prepare dinner for you at least one night. Simply divine!!!! CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!
