Designed for extra space, these beautifully appointed one bedroom suites offer airy accommodation bathed in natural light with full or partial views of the ocean and beach. All suites come with private balcony or patio, one king bed or 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed. Other features include an open plan living room and kitchenette, air conditioning, cable TV, fridge, electronic safe, electric kettle, hairdryer, coffee maker and iron/ironing board.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy 
For reservations booked directly with the hotel a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment will be processed 14 days before your arrival. The following credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) . 
 
Cancellation Policy 
For Winter stays that fall between December 16th and April 15th, cancellations must be received up to 14 days before arrival to incur no penalty. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 3 nights stay. For Summer stays that fall between April 16th and December 15th, cancellations must be received up to 7 days before arrival to incur no penalty. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1 night stay.

A Great Place To Stay


Great resort with a superb location and lovely staff. We had a great week at this resort and wish we had booked for two. First lets cover the only negative, the rooms are a little dated however its a really small price to pay for the very many positives. This resort is in a great location with fabulous staff all of whom go about their work with great humour and big smiles. Our room 205 had a great sea view with a small and private swimming pool in front. The General manager Kelly stopped to chat and ask if we were enjoying ourselves and invited us to attend a rum punch reception, this gave us the chance to chat to the other guests staying at Southern Palms. All in all a great place to stay and we look forward to returning for a longer period in the future. A special mention to Jenni on reception , she was a fountain of local knowledge and very helpful during our stay.

Gem of a hotel in a great location


This is a gem of a hotel! Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Special recognition to Ken, who always had a smile and clearly enjoyed his work and meeting the guests. Also, great service from Tiffany and Hazel-Anne in the dining/bar area and Jenni at the front desk. Would definitely stay at Southern Palms again in the future.

Southern Palms on a Saturday evening


Southern Palms is my go to hotel, whenever I am home in Barbados. On Saturday evenings, the lovely Cindy and the Syndicate band keep the music and energy high. Sitting under the moon and stars, the sea in the background, the lights on the sand and the pool beautifully lit. A perfect evening.
