This backyard is to die for. So relaxing so green and the pool is so inviting. Relaxing on the brand new comfortable outdoor furniture plant. Having your morning coffee under the pergola. So many comfortable spots in this home to relax.

Guess have access to the three car garage. Beautiful pool, backyard patio and nice shaded front yard.

Additional rules
This is a quiet neighborhood and we do not allow parties or events. All outdoor gatherings and noise must be brought in by 9 pm. Children must be supervised while playing pool on the pool table. Do not place anything on any part of the pool table. Damage to the pool table will result in a minimum $300 fine. The heated Pool Fee is $100 for the entire stay. No smoking or vaping in the home, $150 charge if not adhered to. Only the people requested allowed on the property.

Place was clean and as described. Lots of space and Yvonne was very helpful. Only disappointment was that the weather was cool and thus even though the pool was heated it was too cool to use. That being said we would gladly come back again and hope for warmer weather.
