Our vacation villa Joachimsberg is located in the Lower Austrian municipality of Wienerbruck/Annaberg. Completed in August 2022 (300 sqm), a harmonious combination of wood and stone. The panoramic view through the spacious windows overlooking the Otscher inspires and relaxes.
Living room, dining area and kitchen as an open concept, sauna, relaxation room, swim spa and an outdoor kitchen. Parking directly at the villa (carport).
The surroundings offer unique nature.
 
Guest access
The villa is available only to these guests when booking.
For occupancy of less than 10 guests, we allow ourselves to block some of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
 
Other things to note
In summer hiking (Otschergraben), biking, swimming.
In winter, the ski resorts of Annaberg, Mitterbach and Mariazell as well as cross-country trails are nearby.

It’s a very fancy place with beautiful views, a great sauna, a heated jacuzzi and a heated pool. Everything is new and everything is great finishes.
