I really enjoyed my stay at the Copper Lantern


Though the outside of the motel looks unassuming, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern the inside of the room actually was. The back of the room had a cute little sitting area, and there is a big lawn in the back next to the river with picnic tables.

Everything, especially the wide open back it was freshly mowed with picnic tables running along the side of the meandering river

Room was nice and sparkling clean. View of river was a nice touch. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Good for the price this is a value for what you pay for!


The property is very nice to see when you open the window…a calm peaceful setting…and it’s very easy to get to. The room was clean when we returned from our day. The room was practical and had all the basics to get you through a short visit.

Nice kitchenette with lots of coffee and tea choices for the morning... Nice fresh toiletries. Nice to have an opening sliding double door to get fresh air in the room.

My stay was great!


Great staff. It\'s very cozy and has a wonderful outdoor setting. It\'s perfectly located so you feel far enough away from everything that it\'s a nice relaxing getaway but still close enough to any and everything you could need or want to do.
