This 1st (Ground) Floor studio is located next to the Caribbean Sea, 5 miles from the Airport, and 5 miles from downtown Belize City. It is air-conditioned with a queen bed, sofa, flat-screen tv, night stand, dining table with chairs, cupboard with dinnerware, 5-gallon purified water, ceiling fan, window, private bath with hot and cold shower, bathroom cabinet with sink, toilet, toiletries, towels, bath rags, etc. Free WIFI and Cable.

This SEAVIEW Studio is a Ground Floor waterside unit located adjacent the Caribbean Sea. So you are able to look outside your door to see the calm Caribbean Sea.
 
It is air-conditioned with an overhead fan, queen bed, flat screen tv, dining set, microwave, large refrigerator, cabinet with dinnerware, 5-gallon purified water, chest of drawers with iron, walk-in closet, sofa, and a backyard.
 
The bathroom has a shower, bathroom sink, toilet, toiletries, towels, bath rags, etc. Free WIFI and Netflix.

It has a large Bedroom with air-conditioner, overhead fan, king size bed, wardrobe, night stands, and flat screen television.
 
The Kitchen has a large electric stove and oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, pans, wine glasses, tumblers, cups, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, kitchen utensils, seasonings, 5-gallon purified water, and dish washing liquid.
 
The utility area houses a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a safety deposit box.

6. WATERSIDE 2-BR Apartment
Relax in this beautiful SEA VIEW WATERSIDE 2-Bedroom Apartment with price that covers up to 4 guests. It is located 5 miles from downtown Belize City and 5 miles from the Airport, so guests can enjoy peace and quiet while being just a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of the City.
 
Each bedroom contains its own split unit air-conditioner, fan, surround windows/doors, queen bed, closet/chest of drawer, and facing the sea, with one also facing the pool and equipped with a safety deposit box.
 
The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen comes with all modern appliances, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, wine glasses, tumblers, cups, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, kitchen utensils, seasonings, 5-gallon purified water, dish washing liquid, and a Breakfast Bar with bar stools.
 
A 7-foot sofa is available and used as a 5th bed at a fee of US$30 for those who need an extra bed. The Bathroom has a shower stall, bathroom sink with toilet, toiletries, towels, bath rags, etc. FREE WiFi and Netflix.

SERVICES
We offer Airport Pickup at US$25 for up to 4-5 persons, depending on size with Optional Stop at the grocery store on your way to the rental at US$5. Airport Drop-off is US$20. We also offer Dedicated Transport Services at a rate of US$2 per mile, and we sell Beers, Stout, and Sodas with pre-ordered Breakfast and Lunch.
 
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Buses pass See Belize every 15-30 minutes during regular working hours Mondays to Fridays, 30 minutes to 1 hour on Saturdays, and 1-2 hours on Sundays. Cost is US$1.125 or BZ$2.25 to Belize City.

Terms & Conditions

– The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation upon booking.
– Prepayment will be collected via cash or via credit card.
– Guest can receive a FULL 100% refund if s/he cancels the reservation within 24 hours of booking.
– Guest can receive a 50% refund if s/he cancels the reservation the 2nd day after booking right up to 15 days BEFORE Check-In. The remaining 50% will be charged for processing and administration fees.
– If the guest cancels 14 or less days prior to Check-In, s/he forfeits 100% payment that was made.
– Any qualifying refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation via whichever method the prepayment was made.
– If the guest does not show up, s/he will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Check-Out is 11 AM.
 
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $100 Refundable Damage Deposit is charged upon booking. This refund will be used towards any damages done.
 
NO SMOKING POLICY
No Smoking in any of the rooms. Feel free to smoke anywhere outside the building. Should any smoking be done inside the unit, the $100 Refundable Damage Deposit will be used to thoroughly clean the unit back to its original non-smoking state.
