An “Oasis in Paradise”, this 100-year-old Heritage Cunucu Residence (Boutique Apartment Hotel), which was recently modernized, is a cozy haven located in a quiet prestigious residential neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Close enough to the beaches, restaurants and shopping, yet far enough away to feel relaxed and taste our peaceful island atmosphere.
 
The Cunucu Residence consists of 4 one-bedroom apartments, 1 two-bedroom and 1 studio apartment. Each 1 bedroom has its own unique configuration and vary in size from 510 sq. ft. to 655 sq. ft.  The exceptionally large Studio is 500 sq. ft. and the 2 bedroom is 800 sq. ft. Each fully air-conditioned apartment features a private bathroom, modern kitchen, spacious living areas, with all apartments leading out to your private patio and our private swimming pool for our guests. Ideal for an extended stay (special discounted rates for 28 nights +).
 
The Cunucu Residence is just minutes away from Aruba’s premier golf course, Tierra del Sol, and a short drive to Palm Beach or Eagle Beach, which has windsurfing and snorkelling areas. If you enjoy local shopping, you can venture downtown to the famous shopping district in Oranjestad, where you will find a world-class selection of merchandise within the scores of stores located in several malls. JUST AWESOME


The clean pool the nice view so you can see the Sunset! relaxing in the pool there is a Gazeboo where u can make your BBQ and still watch your friends in the pool and talk to them. At night the pool has lights so if you want to can go in it again.

Really great place to stay


This has been a really nice to stay and very nice people who run it. The rooms were clean and big. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need to cook. The pool was very clean and nice. We would come back and stay here.

The area is very quiet, very good service, welcoming facilities, a very nice pool, excellent view and an excellent option for the price, although far from the commercial and tourist area, returning to Aruba would be my first option..

"My Happy Place" - "One Happy Island"!


My last trip 2019 was my 5th vacation time in Aruba & always stay at Aruba Cunucu Residence! It is the perfect place to stay and do my own thing while on the Island - it is like having my own place with a beautiful pool right out my patio door! Cannot wait to go back this November 2021 as safe travels are back in place. I LOVE Aruba and the only place to stay at Aruba Cunucu Residence!

The property is clean and the people are very friendly. They are very helpful too if you need something. Anything that you need for your condo, you literally walk down a few steps and you have a live-in handyman right at your doorstep.
