Steps away from famous San Miguel surfing beach, a 5 minute drive to supermarket and oceanfront restaurants, 10 minutes away from downtown Ensenada and a 15 minute drive to the very popular Guadalupe Valley wine country.
 
Other fun activities nearby like zip lining at Cuatro Cuatros, tennis courts, surfing tide pool swimming, or just plain relaxing.

Notes-
Welcome to Villa Bitterlin. There is a downstairs bedroom with a Queen Size bed. Upstairs is a ocean view mezzanine with a King Size round bed facing a wood burning fireplace and an adjoining twin bed seperate space. We recommend only two couples or a family of six. For safety we only accept children over the age of 6. If the villa capacity is exceeded, all guests will be evicted without refund for violating capacity limit. We can make payment arrangement with our Zelle account number for first night and cash will be received for additional nights.

beautiful home


This is a beautiful home on the beach with plenty of space and fully equipped, all you need to bring is your toothbrush! Close to restaurants, markets and more. Endless ocean views and fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Would definitely come back!

Really cool house. Great location. Hosts are very helpful and this is truly a unique stay. Beds are firm & no closet space for hanging clothes but plenty of towels, soap and everything you need. 1 en-suite bedroom separated from the rest of living space downstairs & the other beds are in a loft space above the living area. Perfect for a family or group of close friends. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up & going to sleep to the sound of the ocean and an awesome view of the sea from the master bed.

Beautiful home in an amazing, safe and convenient location! Easy access to the town of Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. The hosts were incredibly gracious with excellent communication and quick to respond to any questions I had. Spending the evening relaxing in the ocean front jacuzzi while the sun set was exactly what I needed as an escape from the hustle and bustle of my every day work life. It delivered on all my hopes and expectations. I would highly recommend staying here ????

One of the most memorable I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location, famous surf spot is right there, jacuzzi was awesome for dolphin spotting. Had everything we needed for our family of four to cook a full on Christmas dinner! Great communication from host, thoughtful touches throughout. Memories forever, thank you Natalia.
