You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, nightclubs and bars such as: l’Avenue du Plateau, Barraca, Le Rouge-Gorge (wine bar), Brasserie St-Denis, Plan B, Le Quartier Général, Tri Express sushi and many others. You are also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine, 15 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from Downtown.

Great Location...


This apartment is in a great location – Le Plateau area of Montreal. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a little over a mile from Mont Royal mountain. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. We had 5 people staying for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. The dining room table is big. Beds are comfortable. The pictures are true to life. It’s very pretty. It had everything we needed. Check-in was easy. Frederic met us at the apartment and explained everything. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot on the street that Frederic had pointed out to us. We might not have figured it out otherwise. We definitely want to stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely!


The apartment was really lovely, spacious, clean and well situated. Loved the local hip shops, bakeries and hangouts. We were there with our teenage kids and it was perfect. Staff is very helpful and courteous and responded to our inquiries promptly. Fully furnished kitchen included olive oil, salt, pepper and aluminum foil. In the bathroom, water pressure was great. Bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable.

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) spent a terrific week in Montreal, due in no small part to this gorgeous, well situated apartment! It is exactly as pictured and described. The area is very vibrant: many excellent restaurants, and any kind of amenity you could need within walking distance. There is a bus route half a block away, as well as a taxi stand across the street, and the Metro is a short 10 min walk (which we did several times). We felt safe in the neighbourhood at all times of the day/night. We had absolutely no problems with the apartment; all the appliances were clean, updated and in good working order. For an older building, it is clean and well maintained. The owners are very quick to answer any email or calls. Having stayed at many vacation rentals around the globe, this one is definitely in our top 3, and I would imagine all the properties managed by this owner are of the same calibre. Book with confidence!
