Description

This luxurious and stylishly furnished beachfront property is the perfect place to escape from the outside world. The property has four air conditioned bedrooms, all of which have bathrooms en suite and are located on the upper floor of the property.
 
The main floor contains the spacious family room, an additional full bathroom and spacious living and dining areas which merge on to the patio. This area commands a stunning view of the swimming pool and deck area as well as the coral-sand beaches. Fosters House creates a warm family home for anyone who stays there.

Terms & Conditions

Standard House Rules:
No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking

Additional Rate details

Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.A security deposit of $2,000 US is required.
A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
1.5% Service charge added to all bookings.

Loved Fosters House


Dear Cheryl, Catherine, Andrea and Junette. Thank you all for your help over the past 2 weeks - you are lovely ladies. We have visited Barbados 14 times now - this is definitely one of the best - and in part due to yourselves. Our friends Isabel and Harris (who had to cancel) would have loved Fosters House and you. You make the house come alive with your laughter - Cheryl thank you for all your delicious meals. Malcolm sends a special thank you for his \'fruit\' lessons.
