Some of the interior features include granite countertops, beautiful etched glass artistic dividers, bamboo staircase, and a gigantic master suite on the top floor with a deck for an amazing view.

Outside, you will find a shaded bar area to relax in after a long day on the water, a grill to cook up your fresh catch, bicycles to take a cruise around the neighborhood, and a clean, clear canal to explore.

Excellent deep draft boating also gives this home easy access to the ocean with no bridges making it the perfect place to dock your boat. The ride out to the back country is short and beautiful as well! Dockside fuel is close-by along with plenty of bait & tackle shops.

Enjoy all the unlimited water activities the Keys has to offer like swimming, fishing, and relaxing in the back country. Shopping is also nearby in Big Pine Key with gift shops, multiple bait & tackle shops, dive shops, the Big Pine Flea Market on weekends, and a shopping plaza hosting Winn-Dixie, Artists in Paradise, Beall’s Outlet, Radio Shack and branch of the Monroe County Library with Wi-Fi internet access .

Take a trip down to Key West for the daily sunset celebration or a romantic sunset cruise, it’s only a quick 28 mile trip. The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 27 nights or more to no more than one party.
