Please note, hurricane Ike forever changed the footprint of Bolivar Peninsula, therefore some homes listed as beachfront may have a lot and/or street in front of it. This is the result of the uncertainty following the storm where some property owners elected to participate in the government buy out of lots that fell in what later could be considered within the vegetation line established by the State of Texas and subsequently included as part of the public beach. Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.

Another great stay in 2 Miami


We love this little cabin. It’s a perfect location, quiet, beautiful beach front, easy access to the beach. The cabin had everything we needed for a nine day stay. Very well equipped. The storm door needs a bit of attention as it would not remain closed and slammed open repeatedly unless locked from the inside. Couldn’t find controls for ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. But those are both minor issues. We loved our stay and will rent here again.

Great Anniversary Vacation


Very nice home and with beautiful beachfront views. The weather was perfect that you could layout on the beach and get sun without breaking a sweat or you could walk around looking for treasures without getting so hot. The layout of the home is great with beach views from everywhere. Cargo lift is a very nice added bonus to have. Can\'t wait to go back again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Coastal getaway


We have stayed at 2 Miami several times. It is always neat and clean but we really like being right on the beach. Cobb Realty makes it easy to rent this house. We have had a good time every time.
