Island Retreat is our private 2 bedroom/1 bath villa in Leeward Palms. Three minutes away from our lovely turquoise, powdery white sandy Grace Bay beach, the marina, restaurants, tourist shopping area and the Provo Golf Club. Leeward Palms is a quiet and friendly residential community. Our lovely two bedroom villa is on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and the lush green vegetation. The villa can cozily accommodate two sets of couples, four friends or a small family of four.
 
The space
After a day of fun in the sun or a relaxing morning, enjoy an evening of BBQ and a glass of wine or breakfast overlooking the pool with your own private grill on the breezy balcony.
 
The listing was previously a four bedroom unit but as of February 2020 it is a two bedroom.

It has a direct access to the pool and backyard as a whole with beautiful flowers . My beautiful house is full of great energy, a pool, a backyard, lots of parking space and peaceful environment for your enjoyment.

We enjoyed our stay La Aloe Vera. The house was very comfortable, clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. Relaxing by the pool was a wonderful end to the day. Barbara was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. We will definitely be returning.

Barbara\'s home is perfect! The pool is refreshing after a long day at the beach. She was very helpful and let us check in early and offered tips about different activities on the island. Our favorite beach was quite and within a 10 min run from her home (Sunset beach). Great snorkeling there and tons of shells and calm water. Another great location nearby was on grace by in front of the flamingo restaurant where you can also get decently priced massages on the beach. Our trip was so relaxing and being able to come home to a cool, quiet home with a full kitchen was great. Groceries and food is very expensive so I would suggest using her blender to save on drink costs which are like Vegas priced drinks. We would definitely stay at Barbara\'s home again the next time we are on the island. Arlena

The place is very clean and roomy. We were a family of 8 and spent Christmas there. Everyone had a great time. Its not on the beach so it is better to have a car. Besides a car gives you the flexibility to explore the entire island. Barbara is a great host and always answers questions promptly. Great value for money

What a great place! It was a perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely clean and Barbara was great to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. Great location as well - very close to grace bay and many restaurants.
