Breathtaking Nantucket home located in Tom Nevers. Beautiful Deck with comfortable deck furniture and a gas grill. Lovely large open main floor plan. First floor Master Suite with French doors to deck. Plenty of seating with two couches in living room open to dining area with comfortable chairs.
 
Centrally located on the island, two miles from town and the beach. Four bedrooms include two rooms with King beds, one Queen and a bunk room. In addition there are two large bathrooms, washer and dryer on site. This home features an updated kitchen with all stainless appliances. 
 
We understand your trip may be dependent on Car Ferry availability. 
 
We have also posted Super Reduced Rates for our open  weeks in addition to discounted monthly rates.

This is a 2 home property with shared driveway.  You will have plenty of private outdoor space on this 2.75 acres.  2nd property is brand new.  Pictures are not yet updated to show the new home to the right as you enter the drive. 
 
If you are interested in hosting a larger group or combining vacations with friends please contact us and you will have the option to book it through HomeAway before it shows as available.

Peaceful & Relaxing off season getaway, I will return soon!


I couldn\'t wait to leave a review about my stay at Green Hollow. Traveling to Nantucket during the off season was the most relaxing trip of my life. Green Hollow is a lovely picturesque Nantucket home in the Tom Nevers neighborhood. The home is as shown, it is clean, cozy and feels like home. My favorite spot in the home is the King Bedroom on the second floor. As I laid back on my pillow, the stars and night sky through the large skylight were heavenly! I would highly recommend Green Hollow. I wish I didn\'t have to leave. Prior to booking, I had reservations about the shared driveway, however it did not in any way affect our stay. The other home looked so beautiful, that I have inquired with Karen about renting both for a large family gathering in the Fall.

Lovely home - our girls ran to Sconset most mornings. Golf nearby - tennis a couple of roads away. It is not in town but if you want to bike etc it is perfect .
