Awesome Getaway!!!!

This place is awesome!!!! Personal paradise without the crowd. Steps to the beach in your own backyard. Great location. Quick drive to all the stores, resturants, and all the things you need. The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. Can\'t wait to go back.

fabulous place

We are three couples in our forties and fifties. We decided to rent a house rather than stay in a hotel. This place was perfect for us. Each bedroom had an ensuite and the house, garden, spa and pool were fabulous. We were greeted by Tommy who was lovely. Any issues, we were able to contact him. You\'d be wise to hire a car although not necessary as bus lines are close. We stayed for a week and would recommend this to other small groups.

Fun, Slightly Quirky Place with a Fantastic Location

We stayed at Liz Taylor\'s (as we came to call it) over Christmas for two weeks in 2014 (disregard above date). Our two kids, age 8 and 9.5, and my parents joined us and we had such a great time. As other mention, there are some quirks and in a lot of ways you can see the house is set up for catering type situations (weddings in particular) - example: a really big kitchen without as much cabinet space as you would expect. But we found places for everything and had more than most would due to the length of our stay. The open floor plan is great. Indoor pool was awesome for the kiddos. But the real kicker is the ocean front - the view is great, the little beach is nice, and the bay is shallow for a long way out - I could go out a couple of hundred yards and be only waist deep (at low tide, you could go further). Our kids are both strong swimmers, but we traveled to go out and get in some surf. We would take the lounge chairs down and sit in the water and read - that calm and nice. Nice enough access into the heart of Honolulu, but also nice to be out of the area. We spent a lot of time over on the Windward side and this is a quick jump around the point. As others have said, Albert was great and the team was always very responsive to any questions we had. A great option to consider versus hotels in Honolulu proper, especially if you have more than 4 people. Highly recommnded! And say hi to the ducks for us ...

Amazing Stay

Can’t wait to come back next year

Incredible Family Vacation

The house and location were perfect for us. We have two boys in their 20s who wanted to be close to the night life of Waikiki and we (mom & dad) wanted to be away from the crowds of Waikiki and this place was able to accommodate both of us. We had not stayed on this side of Oahu before and will again in the future. It is conveniently located to all the sites we wanted to visit: Kailua, Hanauma Bay, Waikiki and the North Shore. We especially loved having our own \"beach\" for us to play in the water which we did everyday. My boys enjoyed the Stand Up Paddle boards. As someone already mentioned, you will hear the street noise in the open areas (not in the bedrooms) but we got used to it after the first day. Albert was very responsive to every question and request we had. There is no question we would return to this house.
