Home has a new full kitchen, microwave, A/C & heat if needed, cable, multiple TVs, WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, bath with tub/shower combo and 2nd bath with large walk-in shower which is on the 1st level. BED SETUP: 1st b/r lower level, 1 queen bed; 2nd b/r 1 full bed. Upstairs, master bedroom has 1 Queen bed with ith its own bath with shower/tub combo. Laundry is off of master bedroom. Sleeps 6 in beds Parking in driveway for 2-4+ cars. $2,700/wk. Just a short walk dowh street to the beach. Sorry no pets.
