This beautiful home sits on a cul-de-sac street with very little traffic. The home has beautiful open concept and is ideal for socializing. Kitchen with long granite counter and overlooks both pool and tv room. It has a huge covered patio and screened in pool area with outdoor kitchen area. Everything you need is here! beach chairs, cooler, linens, washer, dryer, grill, and even some fishing equipment. The home has solar heated pool with a propane bump heater that adds a few extra degrees.
 
Area Information
We are nestled in a quiet middle class neighborhood, not in a tourist district, but central to beaches, shopping, Orlando theme parks, fishing, golf, and spring training venues and just 40 minutes from Tampa International 45 minutes from Sarasota Airport and 1 hour from St Pete Airport. The manatee viewing station is just about a mile away and Florida Aquarium about 20-25 minutes. Busch Gardens and Lowry Zoo Tampa are about 40 minutes and Disney just over an hour. East Bay Raceway is about 15 minutes and Shoppes at Ellington about 30 minutes.
