We had an excellent vacation at Bill\'s place! Close to beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Sunsets were spectacular. Played golf twice at Dennis Highlands.....great course! The house was perfect - literally all the amenities one could ask for. Dinners on the deck were great. Nice outdoor shower, too! Thanks for a great vacation, Bill!

Cozy, comfortable and close to beach!


Our stay for a week in this rental was great. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was quick - just as noted on the listing. Loved the deck where we sat in the morning and evening with cool ocean breezes blowing through. The hydrangeas in the front were gorgeous! Thanks again!

Lovely home within walking distance to our favorite beach on Cape Cod


We had a wonderful time at this clean, well-stocked home. Less than a 5 minute walk to our favorite Cape Cod beach. Our in-laws enjoyed the suite with king-sized bed, full kitchen, bath and a separate entrance -- we could be together but also have time apart. Home is in a private setting with lovely garden and deck with a gas grill. The outdoor shower as well as the air conditioning were welcome after a day at the beach. Nearby dining highlights included Sesuit Harbor chowder, Sundae School ice cream, Captain Frosty\'s lobster rolls and the newly updated DPM cafe at Corporation beach.

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The bedrooms either had AC or fans. The outside showers are a big plus. The only negative is the hill that you have to go down to the beach. Would recommend eating at Sesuit Harbor Cafe

This house was exactly what our family was looking for. Room for kids to run around, in laws to have quiet and a walk to the beach. Couldn\'t have asked for more, oh and every day you can end the night relaxing in the hot tub!

Great Cottage, Plenty of Space, Ideal Location btw Ocean and Scargo Lake


We spent the week here with my young family and had a great time. The owner Billy was a pleasure to work with and very smooth booking and reception. The house has very open kitchen and living room area that was great for meals and hanging out with kids before bedtime. Front deck and outdoor shower came in very handy for young kids coming back from beach, we never really used indoor showers . My sister and her husband used downstairs apartment, which was separate and very generous space for them to have some space from my young kids. They also loved the hot tub on the deck which worked perfectly. I grew up in the neighborhood and think the location is great for the Cape, with short walk to a private Cape Cod Bay beach in one direction, and a slightly longer walk to Scargo Lake swimming area in the other direction. The house itself is off a quiet road, so very relaxing and quiet with nice hammock and swing in the yard. Close enough to East Dennis shops to pick morning coffee and groceries. All in all great experience and one of the best places we have rented.

Family-friendly House & Location Feel Like an Island Escape


We stayed in this same house 10 years ago and loved it even more this time! It had more than enough room for my husband and I, my mom, and four teens. It is clean, open and airy in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. We were 100% comfortable letting our kids go on bike rides or to the beach on their own. The beach was sandy and offered a mix of calm waters and small waves. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We enjoyed many family meals outside at the picnic table. The outdoor showers and hot tub made this our favorite house in the cape -- and we\'ve been going for 10 years! Felt like we were on an island and enjoyed every aspect of this rental, from location to the accommodations. Highly, highly recommend.

Family vacation 2019


My family and I enjoyed our stay this summer. The house was as the pictures showed, it was a good location and had plenty of space for my family. Bill is very friendly and was helpful upon check in regarding hot tub and other household stuff.
