Two guest bedrooms – one with a queen sized bed, the other with two twin beds/ double bed. They all have bath ensuite and open onto a patio with fantastic views of the sea.

A great vacation spot!


Had a fantastic trip and will definitely be back. The location was excellent with a beautiful pool and large open space for entertaining with quiet tucked away bedrooms with breathtaking views. The host and staff went out of their way to be helpful from sending us information to booking restaurants, and sharing local highlights. We loved the beach buggy and rendezvous bay. A great vacation spot!

Fantastic Location


The Songbird Villa is a large gorgeous home in a fantastic location just off of rendezvous bay. The pictures are accurate; the home is extremely open with plenty of areas to lounge or hangout indoors and out. When there is a breeze bugs were not an issue. Only the last two nights of our trip bugs where an issue and when it does get buggy there is a great screened in porch. I mention this since the Villa is located across a large salt pond from the bay beach. The infinity pool is great and clean. The backyard and pool area are very private and have a great view throughout the day. The onsite manager was extremely polite and helpful. The villa is run through a management company that was extremely helpful and polite as well. The Villa had beach towels and pool floats, all of the kitchen essentials, and basic bathroom supplies which is always great. The included 6 person golf cart is great for getting to the beach which is lined with beach bars and restaurants.

Beautiful Home


Songbird Villa is a beautiful home located near one of the most gorgeous beaches in Anguilla (Rendezvous Bay). We absolutely loved staying at Songbird and we were well taken care of by Darrel and Charmaine. The home was perfectly designed to have a large living area separate from the bedrooms -- which was perfect for our two families. We spent many hours of the day relaxing by and playing in the pool with our kids. The location was ideal and just a short buggy/golfcart drive to the beach. The house was well stocked, nicely furnished and very clean. Thank you for such a lovely home to spend our vacation.

We enjoyed our week at Songbird


We enjoyed our week at Songbird. We enjoyed the outdoors aspect of the location perched on a breezy location over the salt pond with ocean in back drop and the local wild life (birds on the salt pond , lizards, turtles). It is a quiet spot to unwind but also gives quick access to Rendezvous Bay via the golf cart and the Sunshine Shack for a cocktail. All the rooms were very comfortable as were the common areas. The kitchen had all we needed when we decided to eat in. Highly recommended.
