Beautiful side-by-side one level town-home, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1300sqft close to downtown Rapid City.  This house sits on one of the highest points in Rapid City at 200 St. Cloud Street with amazing panoramic views of the City and Black Hills. Two steps, handicap ramp, garage available upon request $50 a week. Central location close to all the tourists attractions, 5 minutes to Regional Hospital, downtown, Civic Center and the School of Mines. 15 minutes to the airport. 
 
No house keeping during the stay, Check-in time 3:00 pm, check out time 10:00 am, self check-in with electronic key-less entry located on the backdoor.  Can sleep up to six people, no more then six allowed. No smoking inside, or pets inside. Two queen and two twin beds, high-speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, AC, 50" TV, washer and dryer, towels, clothes steamer.

Relax in this 3 BEDROOM, 1 BATH home that’s only a 5 minute bike ride or drive to downtown. Enjoy the paved bike path that goes around the lake and along Rapid Creek for about 7 miles. Rapid Creek and Canyon Lake both offer excellent trout fishing. You can also wade in the creek or rent a paddle boat. Located 5 minutes from downtown Rapid City, 5 minutes to Rapid City Regional Hospital, 15 minutes to Rapid City Regional Airport and about 30 minutes to all the tourist attractions.  All linens, bedding and towels are provided, 50’’ smart TV, free high-speed WIFI,  fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, electric mixer and blender. You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils.  Central Air and heat for your comfort.  In house washer and dryer with steam iron. 
 
EXTERIOR - Bar-B-Q grill, large deck in front with plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee looking over the City and Black Hills. 
 
PARKING – large parking area in front for easy long trailer in-out access.  Two car detached garage available for storage if needed (extra cost).  
 
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS -  Downtown, Civic Center, Journey Museum, Fairgrounds,  Cleghorn Springs Fish Hatchery, City Parks and Shelters, Meadowbrook Golf Course, Chapel in the Hills and Canyon Lake Parks with Frisbee golf and tennis courts. - Fishing in both the creek and the lake - Paddle boats are available for rent - Turkey, deer and big horn sheep are abundant in the area. 35 minutes to Sturgis, 40 minutes to Deadwood, 50 minutes to Spearfish, 30 minutes to Keystone/ Mt. Rushmore, 35 minutes to Hill City, 40 minutes to Crazy Horse. 
 
Please note: 6 people allowed to stay in this unit,  3 pm check in time, 10 am check out time. 
 
This home can also be rented as an entire house totaling 2600 finished sqft, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.  This works good for large groups like wedding parties, family reunions and team sporting events.

Property was very comfortable and well maintained, questions for owner were answered quickly. We were concerned about arriving after dark, but exterior lights are on sensors and were very bright.

Nice Home in Rapid


The setup was just right for my kiddos & a friend. Often times the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house & my girls get nervous in an unfamiliar space, but the bedrooms here were grouped together & their room was right next to mine. The house was very well stocked, very clean, and the kitchen/living room was open concept which is preferred. The weather was cold & snowy a couple of days we were there. I would have liked an extra blanket on the beds, but the furnace worked very well to keep us toasty. We would stay here again!
