Living the dream


This was the most beautiful home we have ever rented. Our adult children and teenage grandchildren shared it with us. It was a wonderful place for either gathering as a group or finding your own quiet spot. All the bathrooms were special, some with huge walk-in showers and many with metal or stone bowls— all with amazing plumbing fixtures. The living areas were beautifully decorated, comfortable and luxurious. Everywhere you looked there was some special touch. Antiques here, there, and everywhere, and everything was spotlessly clean. Outdoor living spaces were very special too. We loved this Tuscan home. It brought back fond memories of our trips to Italy. Thank you.

Great Vacation

Family vacation


Had a fabulous week With my children and grandchildren. Really enjoyed having a house large enough that we can have time by our self or enjoy time together as a family. 1st time we rented a Lake house with a pool and it worked out nicely for the grandchildren. They went from the Lake to the pool. They were well worn out by evening.

Perfect family get away !


Beautiful home, easy process, perfect for any gathering and get togethers of any occasion. Large and spacious home. Everything was great ! Only 1 little thing that can change is possibly getting some blinds for the large open windows from bedrooms , etc. but than again you may miss the amazing views.

Pleasant surprise in spite of Hurricane Dorian!


We needed to cut our vacation week short at the SC shore due to Hurricane Dorian. We were very happy to have discovered this home on Lake Norman at the last minute. While the owner was not able to give us the entire full days leftover from our vacation week she was kind enough to squeeze us in at the last minute with the days she had available during that week with her rental. She eventually was able to give us an extra day towards the end of our stay! The home was large enough for our family of 10. It was neat and clean. While there were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay it was nothing that would break our fun days on vacation. We realized also that this was a very last minute rental for her as well as for us due to the Hurricane. The home was very spacious and had a gorgeous view of the lake. It has 2 gourmet kitchens, huge gathering spaces, and has many bathrooms. The one thing we would like to recommend is that the kitchen articles could have been better organized but other, than that, it was quite adequate. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
