Beautiful 7 Bedrooms with 3 1/2 Bath Home in Lovely Neighborhood

Description

You will feel right at home when you walk in the front door. The furniture is basically all new within the last year. I ask you to please take care of my home. Hardwood floors, tons of windows & backs to the woods. The view out to the back when you walk in the front door is awesome! 
 
The home above the basement is over 3,200 sq ft. There are 3 levels. As for the 7 bedrooms.The top levels has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom which includes the Master bedroom & bath with a LARGE soaking tub and heat lamps bulbs next to the shower.
 
The Main floor has 1 bedroom located next to the half bathroom away from the large family and living area. Down the stairs to the basement are 2 more bedrooms with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
 
There is a lot of area for folks to have there own space in this beautiful home. There are actually three (3) living areas with sofas and TVs. There is a very pretty reading room on the main floor with a love seat & comfy big chair.
 
The kitchen area has 3 bar stools & a sofa for friends to hangout and cook. There is a deck just off the sun room with a grill and patio table & furniture. There is an electronic awning you can extend to cover the deck when it gets warm in the summer.
 
The dining room easily sits 10-12 people with the added extensions and in the basement is another table with 6 chairs. 
 
In the basement (which is so pretty & comfy)  is a sectional couch with a pullout full/queen bed. Anyone renting this space will have a lot of space for hanging out, talking, reading etc etc.
 
I have a lot of beds to sleep in but my rule is NO sleeping on furniture such as couches, chairs etc. This place is definitely not for parties etc. Events such as dinners, BBQ for the folks who are staying in the house is great. 
 
The kitchen has double ovens, gas cook top & microwave. Its wonderful for making family dinners or cooking breakfast for the group. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. Both full baths are on the same level. There is a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor.
 
Of course the home comes with lots of towels, soap, quality linens on all beds, pillows, blankets, pots, pans, dishes anything you would need for your stay. I even have crock pots, pressure cooker etc. I will provide 2 twin Air Mattresses during your stay. 
 
The home is 10 years old and very well maintained. Parking in the driveway is available, no cost :)

5 min to Ft Meade
15 min to NSA and (BWI) Baltimore Washington International airport
25 min to Annapolis or Baltimore
20-25 min to Columbia
50 min to Washington DC (you can take the train)

Great Stay


We were at a church convention where a group of us stayed. Charlotte was there to greet us. She was always available to reach her if necessary. The neighborhood was very quiet. If you love to shop, the house is about 5 minutes away from the mall!! The house is in a great location! All the necessities were already given to us like toilet paper and paper towels. It was simply a great stay! I would definitely stay there again!

Good family vacation


This house worked well for our 5 families that came together for a family vacation. The house is close to DC and Baltimore so we had plenty of activities to choose from. I had a couple of reasons to reach out to Charlotte on the house during our stay and she was very responsive and on top of each communication. Charlotte was great to work with both before our stay and during. Thanks, Charlotte!

Great option for medium sized group


We were a group of 12 in the Baltimore area for a youth robotics competition. It was great not to be scattered among hotel rooms. Plenty of room for adults and teens to have separate areas for relaxing.

Just as advertised.


The house and location were perfect for our group size and where we wanted to go. It was an easy drive to Annapolis and BWI. The outside deck was nice for sitting outside, the table for games and eating, the living room a nice gathering place. We enjoyed our stay very much. I recommend it. Thank you.

Girls weekend


Just spent a girls weekend with 5 college friends. Charlotte met is at the property and made us feel welcomed from the start. She left a welcome note and soft drinks and a bottle of Pinot in the fridge for us. Everything that we would need to make us comfortable in her beautiful home was provided. There was more than enough room for us to stretch out and relax. We were about 25 minutes from Annapolis, Md which was our destination for the weekend. I would recommend this rental.
