This home offers a beautiful private pool that is completely fenced-in right on the beach, with 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large picture window in the living room gives magnificent uninterrupted views of the sea. It is fully equipped with full size appliances, including washer and dryer. It is a completely furnished home with seating area in the living room and 2 flat screen TVs with cable and internet. 
 
Easy living: We strive hard to make your experience the vacation you want it to be with a fully equipped kitchen (to help you prepare your fresh-caught seafood), air conditioning in all the rooms, and an outside dining area to enjoy the breeze off the ocean.

Caribbean Serenity...


My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home located right on the beach, with waves, sand, and gentle breezes as your backyard. The listing description is very accurate and the property was well maintained and very clean. The property manager, Irene, was very friendly and professional, I liked her alot. Aida and Gregory, the property owners, were genuinely interested in our happiness. This was our first visit to PR and they provided us with many recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and attractions available on the Southern side of PR. Even when our airlines cost us our first night in PR with lengthy delays, causing us to miss our connecting flight to PR, my husband and I spent over 10 hrs Christmas Day in an Airport instead of our plan to be in Patillas on Christmas Day. Without asking, Aida and Gregory refunded the first night of our rental back to us. This gesture of hospitality really touched us! They personally contacted us to make sure we were well taken care of. And the rest of our stay was fabulous with the beautiful views and stunning sunrises! It rained fairly constant for a couple of days, but that just added to the serenity and beauty of it all. We highly recommend this beachfront property and we will definitely return!

Our Backyard was the Ocean


We loved the location and the yard and deck. It suited our group of three couples to have the house as a base for day trips, and the house and yard and beach gave us enough space to not be on top of each other all of the time. We enjoyed the small seaside restaurants in the area. Property manager Irene was very helpful. We would definitely consider coming back!

3rd time for us!


This was our third time staying at Casa Brisas, and it was once again a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. We just love the location on the island away from the touristy areas, and lots of great local ocean-side restaurants. And nothing like having the ocean in your backyard where we spent a lot of time walking along the beach pickup up sea glass. Now that we\'ve been there 3 times if feels like our home away from home, so this will always be our choice to stay in Puerto Rico. Aida and Greg are fantastic hosts, and very responsive with communications and helpful with any questions or concerns. And Irene was very friendly in greeting us at the house, and making sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks again, Aida and Greg! :D

Wonderful beach home in a truly friendly neighborhood!


We had such a delightful and relaxing stay here. The home is perfect, the location is beautiful, and the local neighborhood is genuinely warm and welcoming. The house was spotless, well furnished (inside and outside), and obviously well cared for. Irene and Aida and Greg are charming hosts and made sure everything was right. If you are looking for a glitzy and crowded tourist area, this is not the place. This is our 3rd stay in the Patillas coastal area and we are drawn back time after time to this community and the folks that call this neighborhood their home. The restaurant that is a 1 minute walk from the front door serves delicious locally popular food and the owner of the restaurant (lives next door to the restaurant) is a very nice gentleman and we had an enjoyable visit with him along the waterfront. Our family loves the southeast coast of the island and this has been the best place yet that we have found. The hammocks tied to the palm trees at the waters edge were incredibly comfortable and the breeze off the water is like heaven. We plan on returning soon and hope that this little place is available again. I always tell my friends that if you need to get away, head to Puerto Rico and find your way to this area. Now I can give them an address to stay and the names of Greg and Aida, great hosts.
