Casa Tropical is a large, comfortable and affordable 2nd story vacation rental home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the main floor and an extra full bathroom downstairs close to the pool area. Fully equipped with full size appliances including washer and dryer. Completely furnished with seating area in the living room and 2 TVs with cable and internet. It has a beautiful private pool that is completely fenced-in.

Nearby points of Interest: Guardarraya Beach in Patillas is located just alongside the panoramic road #3. It is a beach frequented by families, who park between their palms, to enjoy barbecues, the sun and the beach. It is particularly interesting because its coast is a combination of sand and river rock.
 
Inches Beach in Patillas is located just alongside the road #3. It is frequented by surfers, since almost all of the year it has waves perfect for practicing the sport. It is a unique beach because it does not have sand; its surface is of river rock.
 
Near the beaches are kiosks and restaurants where you will be able you enjoy flavorful fritters and succulent plates; the specialty of the zone is seafood.

Beautiful !!!


We had an amazing family vacation. The house was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and they loved running around in the car port. We will definitely be booking again !!!

Warm and Welcoming


We have stayed in this house in Patillas several times over the last three years. It is a lovely property. Aida, Greg and Irene are all wonderful to work with. Puerto Rico has beautiful beaches, a lush rain forest, and amazing snorkeling. But the thing that always makes the greatest impression is the warm and caring members of the Patillas community. We visit the island to help the church and community rebuild and every time we return home feeling that we have received more than we have contributed. Beautiful island, beautiful and resilient people.

Amazing modern spacious house with pool


I can highly recommend this house. The owners are very nice, it\'s very easy to communicate with them. Their respond so fast and I was so grateful for their recommendations. Also the property manager who greeted us there in person and show us everything was very helpful even we needed her during our stay. The house itself is located at very nice area where we feel safe. The house offers a really high quality, design, the kitchen is full equipped for cooking and baking. Pool.....how amazing enervating place for kids and adults. Very safe with nice views to forests nearby. Air conditioning working in each room separately which is very convenient. All star place! Thank you all!

Wonderful home between the Mountains and the Beach


We stayed at Aida\'s house for a week in April. We loved the house. It is very big and confortable with great cross ventilation and a very big pool in the back. We only had to use the air-conditioning at night when we went to sleep. The house was very clean and well kept. Excellent location close to town, beaches restaurants etc. Upon early arrival that our host graciously approved, Irene the manager checked us in. She was very helpful and during our stay always available for any questions or needs. We were six peopled and two dogs.Thank you It was a memorable vacation. I would come back to this home and highly recommend it to friends.
