The Master bedroom, Living Room, and Kitchen all have direct access to the heated pool and lanai. The Master bedroom offers a private, spa bath and king-size bed. One guest bedroom has a King and the other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.  The kitchen is large and well equipped with a comfortable eating area and brand new stainless steel appliances. For larger seatings, there is a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen. 
 
Enjoy all the comforts of home, including WIRELESS!   
Kids we have XBOX 360  and a variety of board games/puzzles for those rainy days! We also have a ping pong table and an assortment of bikes for the whole family to enjoy! 
For all you coffee lovers, we have a Keurig Coffee Maker. Instant smiles in the morning!

Wonderful Relaxing Home with Pool


We were so privileged and blessed to be able to stay at this home for three years in a row. Since we have been going to the Ft.Myers beach/Bonita Springs area for 30 years, we have found this home to be the best place we have ever rented. It\'s warm, clean and has everything you would need for a pool/beach vacation. In addition to the comfortable outdoor pool furniture we even had beach chairs, beach towels and pool toys. Six tv\'s with great cable, even one poolside made it so easy to entertain company. The on site golf course was a great extra. No need to drive long distance in traffic to go to shopping or restaurants either. You have everything you need in the secure communiity. Bob & Linda are \"The Best\" owners who care about their property. They are reachable at anytime and are very accomodating. Very hard to find \"good\" people as they are. We thank both of them for their generosity and kindness.

Hello Bob & Linda! We are so very happy & blessed that we were able to stay a whole month in your cozy home for the past three years . It truly is a home of luxury and warmth. Both Linda & Bob are such a great couple to work with. Their love for this home definitely shows from the moment you open the door. It is impeccably clean and totally updated. Well stocked kitchen, linens and towels and ooooh the pool :) Literally you just need to bring your clothes, soaps and a toothbrush. They thought of Everything! The location is perfect, secure, and the beach is only a few minutes away. They even have beach chairs (no need to purchase them and then give them away). Its the perfect neighbored to walk (bikes which they also provide), golf, pool or watch the many flat screen TV\'s with excellent cable and internet. If you need a tool like a screwdriver or hammer.....they have that too! We have stayed in many places over the past 30 years in this area of Ft Myers Beach/Bonita Springs/Naples and this home is truly a luxurious place to relax and enjoy. Thank you for being such wonderful home owners!!!!

Fantastic house with everything you need!!


Everything was perfect with this house that had everything we needed to make the vacation easy such as sunbeds, coolers, umbrellas, bikes and pooltoys. The house was clean and had a very good standard and a very nice poolarea. The surrondings were quiet. We would love to return again.

Great pool home!


This house was lovely, very comfortable and we really enjoyed the lanai and pool. We spent most of our time on the lanai - it was very pleasant, shaded with cooling fans. We had a great time staying in this home. Loved the beautiful master bath!! The home is convenient to many groceries and restaurants, as well as a couple of large shopping malls! The owners were great to deal with and answered all my questions promptly and refunded our deposit very quickly. We would rent this property again.

Perfect Family House


Our family has just completed our. 6th Christmas.at Bob & Linda\'s wonderful house. Needless to say this speaks volumes about how happy we have been. There have been many great upgrades such as spa like master bath,new floors and very updated layout. Our family range in age from 13 to 82 and there is something for every one. The new bikes and even a new pool cover. A lot of time is spent in and around the heated pool.Shopping,beach and restaurants and Nature Reserves are easy drives.The neighbourhood is lovely and perfect for a stroll.

Everything you need


We stayed here for the month of April 2016. The house has absolutely everything you need for a perfect holiday. All of the rooms are very nice and comfortable with every convenience. We rode the bikes provided several times. The pool is excellent with lots of play equipment. Plenty of beach equipment is also provided. We watched two large turtles laying eggs at the bottom of the \"garden\". During our stay we saw two bald eagles and many other birds, just perfect. Rob and Linda are excellent and immediately responded with any questions. Would highly recommend this property.

Home Away from Home


We stayed here first 2 weeks of May 2017. We were 4 adults. Having stayed in different areas of Florida, in the past, Bonita Springs is our favourite. We\'ve rented in Spanish Wells before and it doesn\'t disappoint. The community is beautiful. Linda and Bob have a lovely home. We felt very comfortable. Very clean and well kept. The garden and the grounds around the house are very well maintained. The pool was a huge plus. And is where we spent every afternoon and had every meal in the lanai. Beautiful Bonita Beach is only a car ride away. There\'s everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Brand new bikes to ride around the community. Great restaurants, grocery stores and great shopping are all close by. Coconut Point Mall, Miramar Outlet Mall are about 15 min drive. Not to mention Waterside Mall on your way down to Naples. Bob and Linda were always available and quickly responded to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous home with all amenities


We had a wonderful stay for the month of October. We were very comfortable. My husband has a bad back and slept like a baby. The house is very clean and well maintained. It has everything you could ever want. Quiet neibourhood and extremely well located, close to shops, restaurant and beach. Brand new air conditioning with easy controls. Very well equipped kitchen and laundry area Fabulous lanai and heated pool TVs in all rooms with lots of channels The list is endless Bob and Linda are extremely responsive to questions, very helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend this home for a fabulous stay Definitely 10 out of 10 Thank you so much Bob and Linda
