An amazing vacation house!


The pictures do not do this gorgeous house justice. Our group of 4 adults and 4 small children had the best vacation here, since the house was so well-furnished and equipped for everything we needed. The kitchen was spacious and functional, the bathrooms were in pristine condition and the garden with the beautiful terrace was a life-saver with the kids. The supermarket was very close and the distance to the centre and to the beach was manageable. Vincenzo and his wife were such lovely people who were there to help us with everything we needed. We are happy to recommend this house for families or friends. Thank you for a great stay!

Fabulous Villa


A beautiful villa maintained to an excellent standard. Vincenzo and wife were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He collected us from the airport, drove us around Ladispoli to familiarise ourselves with the town and even organised tickets for the Lazio match. A brilliant stay, thank you both very much.

It was a wonderful experience. Our first in Ladispoli ...beautiful beach, beautiful spotless well kept home. Having the private pool was an absolute plus.. Amazing property, location and hospitality - far beyond our expectations!


When we planned our vaction trip to Italy, we knew that after visiting Rome and Florence, we will need to rest for a few days at some nice, quiet place near the beach. So, we found and rented this property, based on a description and excellent reviews. We are so glad we did. This place is amazing and so it\'s owners. I could write another review repeating what other guests have already said in English. Instead, I am going to write in Russian, so potential Russian-speaking guests would also know why everyone likes this place.
