In nearby Bushkill, Pennsylvania, our “Top of the World” Pocono vacation home has the best of all worlds!  The home is nestled in a private, secluded cul-de-sac within the amenity filled Saw Creek Estates, yet it is only 4 houses away from the amenities!  In addition, there is a fully finished basement game room with an 8’ Slate Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board and 50” Flat screen TV, and WiFi.  On the rear deck there is even an Outdoor Hot Tub!  The backyard has a peaceful firepit area too! In one minute you can WALK to the onsite Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Hot Tub, Indoor Tennis, Racquetball Courts, Fitness Club, Ski Slope, Restaurant and Sports Bar!  Kids can learn to ski on the slope or swim in the pool.  Adults can enjoy the indoor tennis courts, hot tub, restaurant and sports bar.  Internet access is provided for your personal laptop.  So come and park your vehicle and enjoy a driving free getaway! 
 
With an open, airy design, you and your guest will enjoy everything about this home!  Enjoy nature while soaking in the Outdoor Hot Tub or unwind in the screened porch or firepit area while watching the deer!  Relax with family and friends in the air-conditioned living room that has 50” Flat screen cable TV, DVD and fireplace or up in the loft.  Cooking will be a pleasure in the fully stocked kitchen.  There is even a gas grill out on the deck!  With 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full + 1 twin) a loft with queen size sofa couch, living room, dinning room, kitchen, screened in porch and wraparound deck, there will be plenty of room for up to ten guest (8 Adults Max).  The master bedroom even has sliding doors to the front deck, cable TV and its own AC!  The fully finished basement includes a large couch, TV, DVD, Stereo, 8' Slate Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Dart Board!!!

Please note we will not accept a reservation that begins or ends on a Saturday, and we do have a three night minimum requirement for holiday dates.
 
We will speak with the person making the reservation to verify information such as ages and number of guests.   We do adhere to an 8 adult limit with all adults needing to be 23 or over with photo ID verification.

Fantastic Home!


The house was lovely. Super spacious and clean. We had an amazing time. Did some golfing at Fernwood resort nearby which was a great course and affordable. Didn\'t get phone service and house had no wifi but other than that everything was splendid! Directions from Rebekah were excellent. We would definitely come back in the future. :)

Fantastic property!


We stayed at this home at Top of the World over Mother\'s Day weekend and had a fantastic experience! My kids (7 and 9 years old) enjoyed the game room room in the basement along with the classic VHS tapes. The home was very clean and the hot tub was hot and well maintained (be sure to follow the directions when you leave for the next guests!) We would definitely come back again!

Outstanding home, great for a getaway


Loved this property - it was perfect for our needs for a brief getaway to the Poconos this July. The owners were so easy to work with, the house was exactly as described. Beautiful location, very peaceful with enough privacy. Rebekah was available to answer any questions I had (I asked a lot) and the house was perfect. Everything we needed to keep us busy and cozy. All you have to do is follow the simple rules which are essentially common sense and leave the house the way you found it. We had an amazing weekend and will hopefully be making this home part of an annual trip.

We had a great time at the house. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire place in the living room. The downstairs was a bit cold for the girls liking but all in all we had a great time. Being so close to the community center was a plus.

Great Place to Stay!


Rebekah was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place is exactly as pictured. There were 6 of us staying there and we had plenty of room and were super comfortable. Game room and hottub were a huge plus! Easy trip to Shawnee, nice restaurant literally next door and amazing views. Highly recommend!

Great time!


We had a fantastic stay here. The house had everything we needed. We had a couple hiccups right at the beginning of our trip but Rebekah and Keith took care of them immediately. Poconos retreat


The directions were very accurate & found the home with no problem. You will lose reception because there is not much in the area, but once we got in we logged into the wifi and i was able to get to all my destinations there on. There is plenty to do in the area and the house is cozy & immaculate. We enjoyed the hot tub & the community amenities. Up the road is Bushkill falls & horseback riding. This home is perfect for the nature lovers I will definitely make this a yearly destination.

Keith and Rebeka's house


Rebekah and Keith\'s house was a terrific choice for our family mountain trip. Location couldn\'t have been better. Real close to the chair lift for skiing, activity center and restaurant. We had snow and roads were cleared within minutes!! If I had to complain about anything it would have been getting in the gate. Anytime we left the development we had to wait in a line (sometimes 7 or 8 cars) to get back in. Seems like the development could come up with a quicker way to get people in.

Great location right next to private skiing


We had a wonderful time here, you really can\'t beat a 5 minute walk to the private ski slope. All three of my kids learned how to ski here, the staff was very nice and helpful. The hot tub was all set when we arrived and wonderful to relax in after the long day on the slopes. We\'re looking forward to next year!
