Villa Ponente is in a spectacular location, overlooking the sea, the beach and around the Gulf of Naples, the island of Capri is right in front of the villa.

Villa Ponente is composed of two ville, the first is the largest and the second, on the lower level is a bit smaller. In total, there are four double bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one single, four bathrooms, two are is equipped with a bathtub, and two shower. Each Villa has a large living room with dining are a kitchen. All rooms have views of the sea and have direct access to the terrace via the balcony. You can reach the terrace from the living room. One terrace is covered by the patio and is a real outdoor living room, equipped table and chairs and wicker armchairs.
The second terrace is covered by tents and is equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue. And between the blue of the sea and the sky, like a mirage rising from the ocean, you will see before you the entire profile of the island of Capri, large and quite nearby. And beyond this, just a bit fainter and further to the horizon, you will see the islands of Ischia and Procida, and the northern part of the Gulf of Naples. Then, nearby, your gaze will fall on a high strip of green coastline that slopes rapidly towards the sea and towards a small pebbly beach. Along the slope of the coast you will see gracious villas and cottages scattered among the greenery and the flowers. The colors are vivid here, and the air is clean and perfumed with the scent of flowers.
You will feel fortunate to have the opportunity to enjoy such beauty and harmony, walking in the footsteps of the emperors and rich ancient Romans who once constructed villas here for their own vacations. In the evening, you will be able to watch the sun setting over the sea, followed by the myriad tiny lights that glitter along the coastline and on the islands, gently illuminating the night sky while a pleasant, gentle breeze blows from the ocean to cool the coastline. You will take pleasure in staying outside on the gently-lit terrace, enjoying a leisurely meal in the cool evening air.
The livings room of Villa Ponente is bright and comfortable. Here, you will find four comfortable couches, that convert into comfortable sofa beds, a table with chairs, satellite television, and many windows. Every window will seem to you as if it has been specially designed as a frame to show off the splendid panorama outside. From the living room, you can reach comfortable the kitchen, which is equipped with four burners, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine, there is a barbecue. The furnishings are elegant and cheerful, in typical Mediterranean style: bright majolica floor tiles, wrought-iron beds and in wood and colorful couches. You will find that everything has been put in order with great care. You will also have at your disposition a garden equipped with two Jacuzzi whit hot water that works all year , and an solarium with sun beds.
The Villa is equipped with air conditioning. Villa Ponente has two indipendent entrance, you will need to walk down about 6 stairs from street level to enter the house and about 20 stairs for the other villa. The villa is located within an elegant complex of vacation homes, is situated amid the greenery of a broad stretch of rocky coast overhanging the sea. They share the use a pebbly beach and a small landing place for boats. On the beach, you will have sun beds and sun umbrella free available for your enjoyment every day except sunday.
Villa Ponente is located 1 km from the center of Massa Lubrense, and about 3 km from Sorrento. The bus stop is about 300 meters away, and you will find grocery shops and restaurants just 1 km away. In this area, there is a broad selection of excellent restaurants. This is also an excellent home base from which to visit many places of interest for sightseeing.
From Sorrento you will be able to board ferries to Capri and to the other island of the Gulf of Naples, as well as to Naples itself, and to Amalfi, Positano and the other towns of the Amalfi Coast The Amalfi side of the Sorrentine Peninsula can be easily reached from Villa Ponente either by car or by bus. For example, you will be able to reach Positano con 25 km, along a road that at every curve will disclose new views of a breathtaking seascape that is among the most beautiful scenic areas of the world. The excavations of Pompeii can be reached in approximately 20 km by car, or by taking a train or bus from Sorrento.
You will also be within easy reach of Caserta and its wonderful Royal Palace and many other beautiful tourist destinations.. For those who enjoy trekking, this area offers signposted pathways that lead hikers from one awe-inspiring panorama to the next, through the heart of some of the world’s most beautiful landscapes. The closest airport is Naples.
