It is a brand new, modern, comfortable, spacious (132m2 - 1420 ft) and fully equipped apartment, just a stone’s throw away from the city center, located at the sides of the most central hill of Athens, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, providing amazing view of the Acropolis and the Saronic gulf including Piraeus port and the islands of Aegina and Salamis.

Wonderful time in New Kypseli


We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this beautiful condo. The views were spectacular, the beds comfortable. We never had to wait more then four minutes for a taxi. Nikos was a wonderful host He arranged our pick up and return. Both went smoothly. Please take his advice on restaurants. We did and cancelled our existing reservations, and we were not disappointed. The food in both places was superb and the service friendly and welcoming. Nikos loves his city and culture and wants you to love it too. And we did. My only regret we didn’t stay longer. We hope to return.

This charming space was a great find during our stay in Athens. Located in a quiet hillside neighborhood just a $6/20 minute cab ride from the Acropolis. Vula greeted us and helped us with finding local restaurants and groceries. It\'s a good size hike to and from but it came in handy for working off those extra pounds. We were happy to find A/C as it was extremely warm in Greece during our stay. Nikos was kind and told us of a great place to dine during our stay. Overall this was one of our favorite VRBO spaces to date.
