Stunning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool and lawn. Located on a popular section of Jamaica?s north coast, Reef Winds boasts great proximity to major attractions, combined with a high level of privacy and security.

The space
Reef Winds is a uniquely charming space. All 3 bedrooms each have their own private pool-side access and private bathroom.
The living/dining area is large enough to accommodate small family reunions and gatherings, and open out onto a private poolside patio overlooking a large private lawn.
Housekeepers quarters are separate to the main building and laundry service can be taken are of by full time housekeeper who in on site 6 days a week 9am to 2pm.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, in addition to front and back lawns and pool area. Housekeeper?s quarters are not accessible and consist of a separate building.

Interaction with guests
I will not be on site to meet with you, but my trusted housekeeper of 40 years is available 6 days a week to tidy the house and assist with any queries you may have.
I can assist with airport transfers and car hire which I can arrange for you through a local company.

Other things to note
The villa is located on a corner lot which is surrounded on the 2 road sides by a 6 foot wall for maximum privacy.
The villa has an alarm system in place for security , and safes are located in each bedroom.

Sarah\'s communications were on spot and on time. The place has the the basic amenities and is a bit on the older side. BUT!!! it was comfortable and private. The back yard was LOVELY!! Gong and Miss Cissy did a wonderful job of looking after us and keeping the place clean and tidy. If you are going to use the grill remember to order your coal in advance lol. Did I mention that the backyard was lovely? There are 2 large supermarkets within walking distance and food (cooked not fast) places across and down the road. I cooked as there was a kitchen that had all the pots and pans that I need. There are are no TV\'s in the bed rooms only in the shared space and a lovely miniature library. Rooms had both A\\C and Fans and the pool was just a door way away. Thanks for having me Sarah, hope you will allow me to stay again. I ENJOYED your place!!!

Would like to say a massive thank you to Sarah for opening up her villa to me and my family we had an amazing time. We loved the pool and my husband loved the swing. Only problem was AC wasn’t working in 1 of the rooms, so we only used the ceiling fan...but overall it was a great trip and the house keeper cislyn was amazing. She was extremely helpful and helped us with the washing. We had some family come for a day and the children loved the pool. We had a choice of shops and restaurants all close by and within walking distance and there is a beach also within walking distance. Would deffo recommend and will be hoping to visit again in the near future. Thanks again Sarah Much love chantel x

Sarah\'s Villa was very nice. It was so much larger than I expected. Sarah was incredibly helpful as was the house keeper. The location is right in the middle of everything you want to do. The market and bank are within walking distance and the roads are easy to drive, if you choose to rent a car. I recommend the stay at Sarah\'s Villa to anyone and will be definitely staying here when we come back to Jamaica.
