The ground floor consists of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, veranda. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with balcony, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin with fan, 1 bathroom with bath / shower. 1 bathroom with outdoor shower, near the pool. 
 
The villa is located 10 km from Cagliari, 4 km from the beautiful beach of the Poetto, and strategically to reach in a short time famous places like Villasimius and Costa Rei, in addition to all the other wonderful beaches of the coast.
 
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Nearby you can find various services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars / tobacconists, restaurants / pizzerias, petrol stations, golf courses, marina etc ...
The area is served by public transport to Cagliari and Quartu.  We advise you to have your own car to enjoy the scenic and cultural beauties of Sardinia.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation and the owner Ornella couldn’t be a more helpful hostess!!!!


The villa is fantastic for families. Pool is bigger than some small hotels and cleaned most days. Outside is amazing with so many areas to sit in sun or shade . We spent many very late nights drinking in the large poolside gazebo watching shooting stars. Beautiful fresh lemons and figs in the gardens . Nice and cool inside . We had a few issues such as infant feeling poorly but whatever it was Ornella (or her sister in law next door) sorted it immediately . If I had a slight negative it’s that you will need transport . Near side supermarket is about 1.5 miles. And only one eating place within reasonable walking distance ( but this was very good and cheap during a 5 min walk). Highly recommended.
