This cottage is a terraced house Dordogne stone completely restored and equipped with all modern comforts. It is one of four gites adjoining the property with a courtyard equipped with garden lounges on four parts delimited by vegetation tanks, double barbecue and ping-pong table.
 
The cottage is on 3 levels, 150m2, 4 bedrooms, capacity up to 9 people. 
Ground floor: Entrance, three bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed 160 and the other two suites each equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, double sinks and separate toilet. 
First level (external stair access):  Balcony terrace at the top of the stairs equipped with two chairs and small table. Beautiful living room of 55m2 with room, living room, large fireplace "Cantou" corner kitchen fully equipped and storage. 
Second level: A bedroom with a double bed 160 and a single bed and a large bathroom with large shower, bath, double basins, bidet and toilet.
