Description

This cottage bears the name of the magnificent castle located in the town of Castelnaud, or rather Castelnau, the new castle, founded in the twelfth century. It faces the fortress of Beynac, its eternal medieval rival, the gardens of Marqueyssac and the village of La Roque-Gageac
 
This cottage of 190m2 is the main house of Happiness in our meadow. It has a courtyard entrance / private parking, a 400m2 garden with trees completely fenced by hedges, a private pool sun 8x4m. open and heated from May to September. 
This family home has a large terrace facing south surrounded by a lush wisteria, under which you can enjoy your meals in the shade and your aperitifs at sunset while admiring the hot air balloons flying over the Perigord countryside.
 
At the first level, you will have a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful fireplace for your winter evenings, office entrance, toilet, a comfortable lounge with piano and large TV screen. 
Upstairs, a corridor serving 3 bedrooms with two with double bed 160 and the last with two single beds together (140 additional mattress for children), a beautiful bathroom with 3 sinks, toilet, spa bath and walk-in shower.
