We are a few days into the terrific vacation. Scott was great to work with and flexible with our arrival dates. He did a wonderful job coordinating with the resort and everything was perfect when we got here. The condo is huge; a great spot for several families or a family reunion. Everything is immaculate and exactly as advertised. We would definitely return. The staff are second to none in terms of attention to detail and the level of service provided. You are greeted by name and feel completely pampered from the pick up at the airport to the setting up of beach chairs. I\'d highly recommend staying here.
This was our second trip to the Grand Residences and I cannot say enough great things about it! This is a luxury resort without pretension. It is family-friendly (we stayed here with our four-year old and one-year old) but it would also be a great place for an adults-only getaway. The food in the restaurants in all very good and our oldest daughter loved the kids club. The condo itself is beautiful, with a large balcony overlooking the beach and amazing views of the Caribbean. The condo is also huge. The three bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, giving lots of privacy if you have a large group or three couples. There is a full kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare a full meal (the market at the resort has a surprisingly large selection if you want to stay in a cook or just want basics like cereal, fruit, and milk). The staff did an excellent job of taking care of us - when we arrived, they had margaritas for the adults and juice for the kids, the condo was set up with a pack and play and diaper genie, and upon request, they brought a highchair in for us. Both Scott and the reservations staff were very easy to work with. We are already looking forward to our trip back next year!
Amazing set up, perfect for families, friend groups, anyone who appreciates privacy, finely appointed spaces, beautiful linens, elegance and pampering. Twice daily maid service...Loved that! Everything was stress-free starting with the owner Scott, first encounter with the property with all top-notch appointments and interaction with the incredible staff. Great yoga classes, options for kids activities, two restaurants, a pool bar lunch spot, bars and the most gorgeous view. We were looking to unwind yet have some fun...mission accomplished! We will be back!
Great set-up for our family Christmas vacation. Our 16 month year old really enjoyed the kids pool. The swim up bar for adults is great for relaxing! We played golf twice at different nearby courses that were top notch! Both restaurants on-site are very good. Staying here is like living in one of those Corona beer beach commercials! I would highly recommend a vacation here.
Breathtaking views, gorgeous lobby, beautifully appointed condos, maid service twice daily, superb food at all three restaurants, friendly staff who cater to each and every guest. The most wonderful destination for a vacation, be it relaxing on the beach, enjoying the pool, including a swim up bar, or taking a relaxing nap on your private balcony overlooking the water. Close to Cancun, and airport, and the fishing town of Peurto Morelos is quaint and offers a number of restaurants. The Grand Residences are excellent, and I am looking forward to returning.
