No pets are allowed, and only monthly rentals are allowed. There is a separate $175.00 cleaning fee. Utilities are to be paid by the tenant. If there is a need to cancel reservation once a deposit is made, the deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is at least 2 months prior to arrival date.

Excellent canal property. Clean, bright and roomy.


This house is perfect for boaters/fisherman or for vacationers looking to relax. I enjoyed the view, the proximity to the ocean and the screened in porch. The rooms are a good size, the house is clean and bright - very comfortable. The landscaping is very nice, several palm tree varieties are on the property and bloom different times of the year. The carport under the house is nice when you feel like sitting in the shade also. The canal is nice and very clean. I recommend this property highly.
