There is a private fenced in exclusive outdoor area with both a gas and charcoal grill - perfect for the grill master of the group! Enjoy the outdoor dining table or sit back , relax and roast some marsh mellows with the kids over the fire pit . If you bring Fido - you don't have to worry as the area is fully fenced!
 
When you enter through the back door you will be welcomed into the main level with cathedral ceilings and has an open kitchen/dining area!  You will find everything you could want in the fully equipped kitchen- there is even a separate ,small "coffee bar" area.  The living room offers a flat screen TV and comfy seating.  On this main level are 2 full bathrooms.  Bathroom #1 is off the side entry door has a shower and a stackable washer/dryer.  Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower combo.
 
Upstairs are the three bedrooms-all with A/C.  Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed.  Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV.
 
This updated Dennisport vacation rental is a comfortable place to enjoy a Cape Cod Coastal vacation- It even has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach at the end of the Street! Be sure to check out all the area has to offer- including "Lobstah On A Roll (BEST lobster roll on Cape Cod)- The farm stand- offering fresh veggies and corn on the cob!
