This is a lovely one level villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that has a very pretty lake outlook to the rear. Located in the Hampton Lakes community this house is 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants and only 15 minutes from the Disney attractions. There are two comfortable seating areas, both with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and flatscreen TV, one has patio doors to pool area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit and large American style fridge/freezer. There are two dining areas, one adjacent to the front seating area which seats 6 and the other adjacent to the kitchen, also seating 6. Utility room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, flatscreen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, twin basins and WC. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and double closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and a double closet. Family bathroom has bath/shower, single basin and WC.
 
The fully screened pool and spa are surrounded by a spacious patio deck and overlook a wide pond with water fountain. There is a patio table with umbrella and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
 
Double garage, off street parking for 2 further cars, free WIFI and long distance calling.

The light under the microwave didn\'t work, the ice maker in fridge didn\'t work. Only one bedroom has a tv. The grandkids loved the pool. I loved the lake with the fountain behind the house. The beds were very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay even though some things didn\'t work.

Close to a number of good courses. Large unit, well appointed, pool was a nice touch. Good value

I loved the home it meet most if not all of our needs the house was wonderful and clean the beds were comfy the neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The pool was clean when we arrived. the Fire alarm beeped repeatedly I made a call and this was fixed right away. I will rent again in the future.
