Are you and your family looking for a great time at the beach and enjoy a few (ok who’s counting) rounds of golf? This is the house for you. Tees & Seas is located across the street from the beach and just a few steps from the beach access and Surfside still allows beach tents.  There are too many golf courses to count within an easy drive of the house.  So enjoy a day at the beach or a round or 2 of golf and then enjoy the private full size pool in the back yard or the hot tub secluded in privacy.  The house is located only one block from the Surfside Pier and local Surfside restaurants.
 
The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player.  The cable TV also has some free movie channels for your enjoyment.  And there is free high speed WiFi internet access in the home.
 
There are places in the dining area and at the kitchen bar for 12 guests to sit and enjoy a meal together if desired.  The kitchen is nicely equipped for those who enjoy cooking, for those who don’t want to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby offering every kind of cuisine you can imagine!
 
3 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom (except the first floor bedroom that has direct access to the bathroom but shares it with the rest of the floor) and the remaining 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.  The down stairs master bedroom has a king sized bed and a deck that overlooks the pool. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed and a large bathroom with an oversized shower along with a private deck that has great ocean views.    One bedrooms has a queen sized bed, another has a full sized bed while the last bedroom, the “bunk” room has 2 bunk beds with singles up and full size below.   All of the bedrooms all have their own flat screen TVs.  
 
The owners take pride in the home and want you to enjoy it as much as they do.
 
Golf, shopping, water parks, miniature golf, shows and attractions are only minutes away.  Downtown Myrtle Beach is only 10 minutes away.  The marsh walk and restaurant row in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island are only a 15 minute drive or less & historic Charleston is a 90 minute drive south.
 
The house now has its own golf cart- yours to use for free during your stay! There are times that the golf cart might be unavailable due to servicing or if damaged by previous renters.
 
So what are you waiting for?  Contact us about renting this beautiful home and come on down, enjoy the beach and pool during the day or play a round of golf and then enjoy that midnight swim in the pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub.  
 
Rates do not include linens but these can be arranged if you do not want to bring your own (all bedrooms do have blankets and comforters).  The house has its own washer and dryer.  Concierge service is available & we can stock the fridge for you before you arrive if you wish.  Do you want to rent bicycles, golf carts, beach chairs, umbrellas or any other item?  We can arrange these items as well.

Great place to stay


The house was perfect for our 3 families. We had lots of room to relax and enjoy our time together both in the house and the pool area. The home is very close to the beach and to the restaurants and shops in Surf Side. It was so nice to be able to walk or use the golf cart to get to the store. We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for many years and this was one of the best houses we have ever stayed at. Thank you for sharing this great place with us!

Comfortable newer mattresses, golf cart, secluded hot tub, diagonally across from beach access, internet cable TV, plus some ocean views made this a perfect family experience

Very comfortable property. Great location. Well equipped. Close to beach. Pool was great to have especially with children. Everyone loved having the golf cart. Some had breakfast from Benjamins every morning. Access to grocery stores and restaurants was perfect. No problem with anything at the house. Highly recommend. Would do it again.

Nice house! Great location!


We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tees & Seas. The house is directly across from the beach access, so going to the beach is quick and easy. The house itself was clean and has a nice layout - great for spending time with the family. We especially enjoyed the pool, and hanging out on the deck in the evening. The property manager is very responsive and accommodating. Our lone suggestion for improvement would be to consider better outdoor furniture for the decks - whats presently there seems old and fairly low quality. Surfside Beach is a great town - we had access to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, but had a little more space and quiet time than if we had stayed further north.

Very pleased with the house. We would defiantly recommend it to anyone who wants a great time. We are considering renting again next year. No issues to speak. Every thing advertised was true. The whole family really enjoyed the week.
